dtcpay Raises $10M Series A, Gets Luxembourg EMI License to Scale Stablecoin Payments

Published at 2026-03-17 08:45:26

Singapore-based dtcpay has closed a $10 million Series A round led by Vertex Ventures and simultaneously secured a Luxembourg electronic money institution (EMI) license. The company runs regulated payment infrastructure that leverages stablecoins to enable merchants and platforms to accept crypto-denominated payments while maintaining fiat on-ramps and compliance controls.

The funding and EU license position dtcpay to scale its regulated crypto payment services across Europe and support broader merchant adoption and cross-border settlement. With a licensed foothold in Luxembourg—an established EU payments hub—the firm plans to expand partnerships, enhance product and compliance capabilities, and deepen stablecoin payout options as it pushes for global growth from its Singapore base.
