Franklin Templeton Launches XRP ETF 'XRPZ' on NYSE Arca

Published at 2025-11-24 17:30:43

Franklin Templeton on Monday debuted the Franklin XRP Trust (XRPZ) on NYSE Arca, enabling regulated, custody-backed exposure to the XRP token for U.S. exchange investors. As one of Wall Street’s oldest institutions, Franklin Templeton’s entry joins Bitwise, Grayscale and Canary Capital in offering spot-style XRP funds, broadening the choices available to institutional and retail buyers.

The launch underscores growing institutional interest in tokenized crypto products and may help deepen liquidity and market access for XRP after years of regulatory scrutiny. More competing ETF-like products can increase capital inflows and investor convenience, while also putting pressure on providers to differentiate on fees, custody and compliance. For investors, Franklin Templeton’s offering represents another mainstream conduit to gain regulated exposure to XRP as the market matures.
