At Davos, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong announced integration efforts with JP Morgan and PNC Bank and outlined a broader strategy around stablecoins and blockchain innovation. He said clearer stablecoin rules and technical advances will help accelerate mainstream adoption.
PNC has started offering a Coinbase-backed spot Bitcoin service to private banking clients, letting customers buy, sell and store BTC directly through their online accounts. The product, first revealed in July, begins a phased rollout aimed at wealth clients.
