Reliance Global Adopts Zcash as Exclusive Treasury Crypto Asset

Published at 2025-11-26 16:00:09

Reliance Global announced on Nov. 26, 2025 that it has finalized a full transition to Zcash (ZEC) as its primary treasury crypto asset, designating ZEC as the company’s exclusive digital-asset reserve. Company spokespeople pointed to Zcash’s privacy and fungibility characteristics as strategic advantages for treasury management, and said operational custody and compliance measures have been put in place to support the move.

The decision is notable because few large corporates have chosen privacy-focused coins for treasury reserves; the move could modestly increase demand and liquidity for ZEC while drawing closer regulatory attention. Market participants say the adoption underscores broader institutional interest in diversifying crypto holdings beyond major coins, though volatility and compliance considerations will remain key risks for firms following suit.
