Redstone: Yield-bearing Crypto Assets Poised for Rapid Growth After GENIUS Act

Published at 2025-11-12 21:30:29

A new Redstone report argues that yield-bearing crypto assets — tokens and instruments that generate income through lending, staking or structured products — are about to enter a period of rapid expansion. The firm points to the recent passage of the GENIUS Act as a catalyst, saying clearer rules will reduce entry barriers for institutional investors and accelerate product development and capital inflows.

If Redstone’s view holds, markets could see faster issuance of regulated yield products, deeper liquidity and greater demand for custody and risk-management services. That would broaden access to crypto-generated returns but also heighten the need for transparency and safeguards as larger, less-aggressive capital allocators enter the space. Investors and service providers should watch regulatory implementation and institutional onboarding metrics for early signs the trend is materializing.
