BBK and Binance Bahrain Launch Crypto-as-a-Service in Mobile App

Published at 2026-01-16 10:15:08

BBK has teamed up with Binance Bahrain to embed Crypto-as-a-Service directly into the bank’s mobile app, allowing customers to access crypto services from within their existing banking experience. The integration pairs BBK’s retail reach with Binance Bahrain’s crypto infrastructure, aiming to simplify buying, selling and account access for users who prefer to stay inside a familiar mobile interface.

The deal underscores Bahrain’s push to be a regional hub for digital asset finance by showing growing cooperation between traditional banks and licensed crypto providers. For customers it promises easier on‑ramp and product choice; for the market it signals further institutionalisation of crypto services in the Gulf and could accelerate retail adoption and product innovation across the region.
