Visa, BVNK team up to offer instant stablecoin payouts to digital wallets

Published at 2026-01-14 08:15:20

Visa and BVNK have launched a new stablecoin payouts feature that lets companies transfer funds directly to digital wallets instantly, even outside regular banking hours. The integration is aimed at business use cases such as payroll, supplier and marketplace payouts, and cross-border remittances, reducing reliance on traditional rails and overnight settlement cycles.

The move underscores growing institutional acceptance of tokenized cash: Visa’s global network can scale distribution while BVNK supplies crypto-native custody and rails. Faster, 24/7 settlement can improve corporate liquidity and reduce float for fintechs and marketplaces, though firms should still evaluate compliance, custody and counterparty risk. Overall, the partnership could accelerate mainstream use of stablecoins for corporate payouts and push other payments players to add tokenized settlement options.
