Bitwise Submits 11 Crypto ETF Filings to SEC

Published at 2025-12-31 08:30:06

Bitwise on Wednesday submitted eleven separate filings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission covering token-based funds, exchange-traded products and derivatives tied to digital assets. The firm says the slate of applications is designed to increase regulated pathways into crypto markets, offering a wider range of vehicle types for retail and institutional investors.

If approved, the new products could boost liquidity and provide more options for portfolio allocation and risk management, reinforcing ongoing institutionalization of digital-asset markets. The applications still face the SEC's standard review process and potential comment periods; timing and outcomes remain uncertain, but the move signals intensified competition among asset managers to expand regulated crypto offerings in 2026.
