21Shares XRP ETF Cleared for Cboe Listing, To Trade Under TOXR

Published at 2025-11-20 08:16:14

21Shares, one of the world’s largest issuers of crypto exchange-traded products, has secured automatic approval to list its XRP ETF on the Cboe BZX Exchange following a Form 8-A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The ETF is expected to begin trading as early as next week under the ticker TOXR, subject to final listing procedures. The Form 8-A registration is a procedural milestone that allows the fund’s shares to be quoted and traded on the exchange.

The listing expands regulated, exchange-traded access to XRP and could improve liquidity and price discovery for the token by broadening investor access beyond OTC and wallet-based markets. For 21Shares, securing a Cboe listing reinforces its track record in crypto ETPs and may draw further institutional and retail flows, though market response will hinge on timing, demand, and any remaining regulatory considerations related to XRP.
