Hyperliquid is rolling out HIP-4, a permissionless, outcome-based prediction market protocol on its DEX that is currently live on testnet. The proposal seeks to enable builder-created markets and options to compete with existing prediction platforms, and the announcement pushed the HYPE token higher.
