Grayscale Investments has submitted an S-1 to the U.S. SEC for a spot Binance Coin (BNB) ETF as part of efforts to broaden its altcoin offerings, becoming the second issuer to pursue a BNB ETF; however, some reports about the filing are not yet confirmed.
