Brian Quintenz, a former CFTC commissioner and former head of crypto policy at a16z, has been appointed an independent director on Nasdaq-listed SUI Group's board. He will bring regulatory expertise to support the firm's SUI-focused treasury strategy after his earlier nomination to chair the CFTC was withdrawn.
